Hello Stevens' Music Studio Parents!

A few things for you as we head into this Fall Season.   Thank you for all of the referrals and word of mouth - we have grown!  And we're making a few changes and updates to better serve you:

Daily Studio Guidelines

Please review the attached revised Daily Studio Guidelines.  We have grown!   In light of that, we've made a few adjustments to our daily operations.  Please review the updated policies attached, giving special attention to the designated waiting areas and waiting on the premises policies.  

We want to be sure we create the fun and safe environment for all of our students; your help in knowing, understanding and following the procedures and guidelines once you arrive helps ensure all of our students have a great experience, things flow smoothly and keep our students safe.  

Thank you for assisting with this, and please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Make Up Lessons

You may have noticed the last time you logged in to your Student Portal you can now see available make up times.  For now...please ignore these.  :) Unless a lesson time has your child's name in it, it does not apply to them.  

Because of our recent growth, we are in the process of updating and changing our makeup procedure so that you will be able to view and schedule your own make up lessons through your Student Portal.  When the changes are final and ready to roll out, we will inform everyone of new procedures.  Unfortunately, with the current system we use, there is no way to separate the changes and 'testing' from our live website.  Until you hear otherwise, please contact us to schedule a makeup.  

Our policy allows for one make up per month with 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Family Music Night Save the Date

Save the date for our next Family Music Night - Sunday, November 26.  Time, details & new location announcement coming soon!  (We won't fit at the house anymore - a happy/sad truth!)

We will be closed the following dates in observance of Fall Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas:

October 11-15 (Wednesday - Sunday) - FALL BREAK

November 22-26 (Wednesday - Saturday) - THANKSGIVING BREAK

December 22 - January 3 (Friday - Wednesday) - CHRISTMAS BREAK
